Lodrom wants to design office complex for 1.2 mln PLN

ARP (Agency for the Development of Industry) has opened bids in the tender procedure for preparing the documentation of an office complex planned on an almost 1.8-ha property in Radom (Mazowieckie Province), in the area of 1905 Roku, Biznesowa and Przemysłowa streets. The lowest bid has been submitted by Lodrom, which is suggesting a price of 1.2 mln PLN gross. As we earlier informed, the investment is going to consist of the renovation of buildings of the former Łucznik Weapons' Factory, on the basis of a concept prepared by Graft Architekci. The complex, which is going to have a total area of 29,400 sqm, is going to offer over 14,000 sqm of office space; 4,000 sqm of retail-service space; two courtyards (each with an area of 1,800 sqm) are also going to be developed. The project should be prepared within 285 days, and the investment is scheduled to be put to use in the first quarter of 2022. Other participants in the procedure included Pas Projekt (1.7 mln PLN) and Grupa RB (2 mln PLN). ■
