Łucz-Bud will build a shopping centre with an area of approx. 5,000 m² in Biała Podlaska for LCP

Łucz-Bud has been appointed the general contractor for the M Park shopping centre, which LCP Properties plans to develop in Biała Podlaska (Lubelskie Voivodeship). The project will comprise a complex of three retail and service buildings with a total area of nearly 5,000 m² and a volume of approx. 30,000 m³. Completion of the works is scheduled for December this year. It should be recalled that in December last year we reported that SA Berkswell, a company affiliated with LCP Properties, had applied for a permit to construct a complex of three retail and service buildings in Biała Podlaska. The design work involved, among others, Piotr Zając and Błażej Miguła (ABMprojekt), as well as Damian Kaczyński. In October, we also reported on preparations carried out by LCP in cooperation with Realm for the development of a retail park with a leasable area of 3,600 m² in Biała Podlaska. At that time the location of the investment was not disclosed; however, it was later established that the project is being carried out on a property located near the Rondo Żołnierzy Wyklętych roundabout, in the area of Janowska, Aliny Fedorowicz and Armii Krajowej streets. ■
