Maciej Kuryłowicz is designing for Port Praski an office building with usable area of 18,000 sqm in Białystok

Maciej Kuryłowicz – Architekt workshop from Warsaw is designing an office building, planned in the area of Prezydenta Ryszarda Kaczorowskiego, Bułgarska, and Św. Anny streets in Białystok, for Port Praski. On October 17, at the joint press conference of the developer and the city authorities, it was announced that the AA-class building is going to be 9 stories tall (35 m) and will have a usable area of 18,000 sqm, including approx. 10,000 sqm of leasable office space and 700 sqm of retail space. The construction works are to begin next year and should take until 2021.
We have also reported that the enterprise, planned on a 1.3-ha lot, is also going to include the construction of a 7-12-story apartment building (15,800 sqm). ■
