Mak Dom will build multi-functional complex

Mak Dom Holding is planning construction of an office-service building with usable area of 6,100 sqm on Bałuki Street in the so-called Kwartał 21 area of Szczecin. The plans also include construction of 128 parking spaces in underground parking garages and 20 general access parking spaces outdoors. Let us recall that we have reported that the investor purchased a lot with an area of 0.6 ha for 8.5 million PLN and was planning to also use it for the construction of another building with 61 flats. ■
