Malbud Detka wants to carry out hotel-office building in Pleszew for 21.7 million PLN

Malbud Detka (21.7 million PLN, against the budget of 18.8 million PLN gross), PTB Nickel (22.8 million PLN), Budopol-Poznań (22.9 million PLN), and Mikstbud (23.6 million PLN) submitted offers in the tender procedure, issued by the authorities of Pleszew (Wielkopolskie Province), concerning construction of the "Compact Lab Pleszew" complex in the area of Kolejowa and Ogrodowa streets. The enterprise will entail the construction of a building with the following functions: hotel (39 beds), business incubator, and a laboratory. The second part of the procedure concerns removing the collision with the existing cable power lines. 55,000 PLN has been assigned for this part of the investment, and the bidders are Mikstbud (118,200 PLN) and Jabud (119,300 PLN). The procedure for the development of design of the complex was won by Archi-Graf. ■
