Mallson to support development of Mirków Park

Mallson Polska is involved in the preparations for the development of the "Mirków Park" retail and service center in Mirków, near Wrocław. The project will cover approximately 10 hectares of land located on Wrocławska Street, near the junction of Wrocław's eastern bypass (the Soldiers of the UN Junction). Adjacent to an existing Leroy Merlin hypermarket, the planned complex will include a grocery supermarket, around 60 retail units, two drive-thru restaurants, and a fuel station. The opening is scheduled for 2027. The identity of the investor has not been disclosed. It is worth noting that in 2021, Grupa Projektowa Port obtained permits to develop this site with a plan to construct an industrial, warehouse, and service facility with a floor area of approximately 50,000 m². Additionally, back in March 2017, it was reported that Leroy Merlin collaborated with Daldehog to build a 14,000 m² hypermarket in Mirków, based on documentation prepared by Woźniak Projekt.
