MaltaSki is planning construction of hotel

MaltaSki has applied for a construction permit for a hotel on 2 Wiankowa Street in Poznań, by the Malta Lake. The enterprise is to entail the construction of a three-story building with a cubature of 42,300 meters³. Design of the investment is being developed by ACE and ODA Studio. The hotel is going to belong to the Mӧvenpick Hotels & Resorts chain. ■
