Mar-Bud will carry out apartment building

Vinci Immobilier Polska has entrusted the Warsaw based company Mar-Bud with the general contracting of a multi-family residential building with 102 flats at 285 Krakowska Avenue in Warsaw. The "Kaskady Krakowska" enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a total area of approx. 13,000 sqm. PF Projekt is responsible for developing the architectural design and working drawings. Let us recall that last year in June, we reported that 4am Architekci was also collaborating on the investment. ■
