Marriott will be operator of hotel section (7,700 sqm) of B10 complex in Wrocław

The Marriott chain is going to be the operator of the hotel section of the B10 complex, which Vastint Poland is building on Bolkowska Street in Wrocław, in the vicinity of the Wrocław Business Garden complex, built by the same developer. Let us recall that the general contracting of the works, worth approx. 133 million PLN, has been entrusted to Mostostal Warszawa. The enterprise, prepared on an approx. 1-ha lot, is going to entail the construction of a 7-story office building with a total area of 27,800 sqm, including a usable area of 14,500 sqm and a hotel (6+1 levels, nearly 7,700 sqm, including 5,500 sqm of lease area). The design of the investment has been developed by APA Wojciechowski. ■
