Masovia Nieruchomości will construct a multi-family complex with over 300 flats in Warsaw-Białołęka

Masovia Nieruchomości is commencing preparations for the construction of the Osiedle Tatarak residential complex at the intersection of Kobiałka and Długorzeczna streets in Warsaw-Białołęka. The complex of 4-story buildings with a total of 308 flats with usable areas of 26-85 sqm each is going to be carried out on the basis of a design developed by S.A.M.I. Architekci. The construction of the complex has been divided into two stages. The first stage is going to be put to use by the end of 2023. ■
