Master Development will build "Pasaż Dominikański" center with lease area of 11,000 sqm in Tarnobrzeg.

Master Development announced the updating of an investment project in the area of Sikorskiego, Sienkiewicza, and Dominikańska streets in Tarnobrzeg (Podkarpackie Province). The enterprise will entail the construction of the "Pasaż Dominikański" single-story retail-service outlet with a lease area of approx. 11,000 sqm, with an underground parking garage for 300 vehicles. At the same time, the plans for the construction of the "Galeria Tarnobrzeg" outlet have been cancelled. Let us recall that the investment's partners are PKB Inwest and Vide Studio. The general contractorship was going to be entrusted to Strabag. The works are to begin this April and should be finalized on the turn of the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2024. ■
