PIR will redevelop Maxim shopping mall with total area of 4,000 sqm in Legionowo according to design by Modo

PIR is applying for permits for the modernization of the "Maxim" shopping center with a total area of 4,000 sqm on Siwińskiego Street in Legionowo (Mazowieckie Province). The enterprise is to include redevelopment of the building's façade, construction of a second entrance, new glazings, and visual adaptation of the building to match a retail park, which is being built in the vicinity. The design has been developed by ModoArchitekci. Let us recall that last year in October, we reported that PIR had entrusted Budrem with the contracting of two shopping-service outlets near Siwińskiego, Sobieskiego, and Piłsudskiego streets. The complex with a usable area of 6,200 sqm has also been designed by ModoArchitekci. ■
