MBA Real Estate will build shopping center with lease area of 6,700 sqm in Rogoźno

In the next few weeks, MBA Real Estate is planning to issue a tender procedure, concerning the general contractor of the Paragon Park shopping center on Dworcowa Street in Rogoźno (Wielkopolskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a lease area of 6,700 sqm, with additional parking lots for 160 vehicles. The design of the investment, which we initially mentioned last year in May, has been developed by Scalio. MBA Real Estate is an entity established by Mallson Polska, Urbano, and MW Prospero (Marek Wólczyński) for the construction of a chain of retail parks under the Paragon Park logo. ■
