MDC2 is planning construction of warehouse center with area of 44,600 sqm in Targowisko

MDC2 is obtaining permits for the development of a property with an area of 9.6 ha in Targowisko in Kłaj commune (Małopolskie Province). The enterprise is to entail the construction of a warehouse-production building with an area of 44,600 sqm.
Let us recall that this year in February, we reported that MDC2 was collaborating with Bremer on the construction of a production-warehouse building in Skawina (Małopolskie Province). The enterprise concerns the construction of a building with an area of over 35,000 sqm. Last year, we wrote about MDC2's plans for the 2nd stage of the Skawina 2 BIG logistics center in Skawina. Meanwhile, in February 2022, we mentioned preparations for the construction of the first building (approx. 30,000 sqm). The investments are to be carried out on 6.5 ha of land. ■
