MDR Wrocław is preparing construction of residential complex with 450 flats in Wrocław in collaboration with Group-Arch.

Last week, MDR Wrocław Białowieska, company established by PFR Nieruchomości and PKP, applied for permission to develop a property with an area of 1.9 ha on Białowieska Street in the Popowice district of Wrocław. The enterprise is to entail the construction of a complex of three multi-family buildings with approx. 450 rental apartments. The architectural design of the complex is being developed by Group-Arch (Agnieszka Staszczyszyn) from Wrocław. ■
