Glare Global Sourcing will build a hotel with cubature of over 32,000 meters³ in Sosnowiec

At the end of July, Glare Global Sourcing Faruque applied for a construction permit for a hotel on Teatralna Street in Sosnowiec (Śląskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with a cubature of over 32,500 meters³. Design works were carried out in collaboration with Jolanta Singer-Zemła (Artop). Let us recall that in January 2019, we reported that Glare Global Sourcing Faruque (GGS Faruque), whose co-owner is Mohammed Omar Faruque, Bangladesh honorary consul in Poland, had signed a franchise agreement with Orbis concerning the managing of a Mercure Sosnowiec hotel in Sosnowiec. The hotel, to be located on the property of the former Special Schools Complex (ZSS) on Teatralna Street, is going to have 120 rooms and catering, conference and spa facilities. Omar Faruque, who operates the Bombaj Tandoori restaurant in Sosnowiec, purchased the property with an area of over 0.5 hectare for 2.4 million PLN from the city authorities. ■
