Metroplan is collaborating on construction of JoysonQuin plant with area of 14,000 sqm in Wałbrzych

Metroplan is the architectural partner of the production complex, which JoysonQuin is building in Wałbrzych-Poniatów, in the Invest-Park Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone (WSSE Invest-Park). Let us recall that the general contracting has been entrusted to Atlas Ward. The enterprise, to be finalized by the 2nd quarter of 2022, is going to entail the construction of a complex with an area of approx. 14,000 sqm. We have reported in PREM that JoysonQuin Automotive Systems Polska was conducting preparations for the development of a purchased property with an area of approx. 4.5 ha. The company is planning to spend approx. 120 million PLN on a factory producing parts for doors and cockpits of cars such as BMW, Audi, and Mercedes brands. It is going to employ approx. 300 people. ■
