Metropolitan Investment is going to build shopping complex in Bydgoszcz

Metropolitan Investment has signed a preliminary purchase agreement for the Metropolitan Outlet shopping center, which is currently being prepared for construction by Carrefour Polska. The complex will be located in Jana Pawła II Street in Bydgoszcz. The company is going to be responsible for the construction and management of the outlet. Works are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of this year. Let us recall that the investment is going to consist of the modernization and expansion of the existing center in order to create a complex with a sales area of approx. 17,000 sqm.
