Republika Wnętrz is going to build “MicroKlimat” hotel-residential building with 260 units in Wrocław

Republika Wnętrz is soon going to begin construction of the MicroKlimat residential-hotel building in the area of Żegiestowska and Brzoskwiniowa streets in the Krzyki district of Wrocław. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a 7-story building with a cubature of nearly 60,000 meters³, with 202 single-room units for lease and 61 apartments. Design of the investment has been prepared by the AP Szczepaniak workshop. ■
