Atlas, in collaboration with Epstein and Modzelewski & Rodek, is going to revitalize Millenium Plaza office building in Warsaw

Atlas Estates has prepared revitalization of the Millenium Plaza office center (formerly Reform Plaza), located on Aleje Jerozolimskie Street in Warsaw, at Zawiszy Square. The works will be carried out according to the design by Epstein and the general contracting will be entrusted to the Modzelewski & Rodek Company. The investor has recently obtained permits allowing to remodel the interiors of the main hallway and the elevator hallway, along with the open Atrium space on levels -1 - +5. The building, with a height of 28 stories and lease area of 37,300 sqm (31,000 sqm of office space and 6,100 sqm of retail space) was erected in 1999 on the basis of a design by Vahap Toy. Let us recall that in October 2009 we informed that the renovation was going to be carried out according to guidelines prepared by Zechner&Zechner and JPM Design&Build. Documentation was ordered by Akron Management CEE, which signed a preliminary contract with Atlas Estates concerning the purchase of the property. However, the agreement has not been finalized. ■
