Mirbud is going to construct for PLN 75-92 million net two warehouses in Panattoni Park Gdańsk III with area of 60,000 sqm

Mirbud has informed about signing a letter of intent with Industrial Center 33, a dependent company of Panattoni, for the general contracting of two warehouses on the premises of Panattoni Park Gdańsk III in the area of Jabłoniowa Street and the Tri-City (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot) bypass in Gdańsk. The company is going to receive approx. 75 mln PLN net for carrying out the order. Mirbud could also be entrusted with the construction of the second stage of one of the halls for 17 mln PLN net. After both stages have been completed, the total area of the outlets is going to exceed 60,000 sqm. ■
