Mirbud is going to build for app. 90 million PLN Panattoni logistics center with area of over 55,000 sqm in Ruda Śląska

On November 20, Mirbud obtained a signed letter of intent from Panattoni Development Europe concerning the construction of the "Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II" logistics center on Gen. J. Hallera Street in Ruda Śląska (Śląskie Province). The companies are going to sign three contracts: for macro-levelling and the construction of two halls – with a total gross area of approx. 87 mln PLN. As we informed in October in PREM 1001, the investment is going to be located on a 12-ha property and is going to consist of the construction of outlets with a total area of over 55,200 sqm. ■
