Mirbud is going to erect for Panattoni warehouses with area of 57,000 sqm in complexes Załom and Trzebusz in Szczecin

Mirbud has informed about commencing works, on the basis of letters of intent from Panattoni Development Europe, on the construction of warehouses on the premises of two logistics centers in Szczecin. The company is also going to build outlets with a total area of approx. 57,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Szczecin Załom on Kablowa Street, according to a design prepared by Ferma Kresek and in Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz near the S3 road and the Dąbie junction of the A6 expressway. Currently, both entities are conducting negotiations concerning the details of the contracts. ■
