Mirbud has offered to build passenger terminal with area of 30,000 sqm in Radom for 300 million PLN

Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe Porty Lotnicze (PPL – Polish Airports) has opened bids in a tender procedure concerning "design and build" construction of the Warsaw Radom-Sadków Airport terminal (Warszawa Radom-Sadków im. Bohaterów Radomskiego Czerwca 1976 roku), located on Lubelska Street in Radom (Mazowieckie Province). The candidates for the contract are: Mirbud (297 million PLN gross), Budimex (396.4 million PLN) and Hochtief Polska (412.8 million PLN), and the budget has been established at 340 million PLN.
The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with a usable area of 30,000 sqm and a cubature of 280,700 meters3, designed to serve 3 million passengers per year. The investment is scheduled to be put to use by the end of next year. ■
