Mirbud to build Saltic Zieleniec for PLN 65m

Mirbud has signed a PLN 64.96 million net contract with Saltic II Blachowski Szafrański for the construction of the Saltic Resort & Spa Zieleniec hotel and apartment complex at 51 Wojska Polskiego Street in Duszniki-Zdrój, Lower Silesia Province. The contract covers the construction of eight buildings, including technical infrastructure and site development. The condo complex will comprise 240 apartments ranging from 26 to 67 m², as well as two restaurants, two conference rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a graduation tower, a spa and a gym. The project will also include a historic park and a promenade hall extending the listed Spa Park. It was previously reported that VIR Rafał Blachowski, a company affiliated with the Saltic Group, was obtaining construction permits for the complex, which will be developed on the site of the former Stalowy Zdrój spa facility. The modernisation and extension of the existing buildings will create a hotel, conference and restaurant complex with a total volume of nearly 70,000 m³. The design documentation was prepared by AKE Studio.
