Mirbud will build shopping center in Zielona Góra

Mirbud announced that they have been chosen by Immofinanz as the general contractor of the Stop.Shop shopping center near the Szosa Kisielińska road in Zielona Góra (Lubuskie Province), in the vicinity of the Orląt Lwowskich roundabout. The ground works are currently commencing, and the center is scheduled to open in the spring of next year. Let us recall that the investment will entail the construction of a complex with a development area of 13,200 sqm and a lease area of 6,700 sqm, with 12 stores. It has been designed by Kielce based Biuro Projektów Budownictwa, and the multi-discipline supervision over the preparations was conducted by AMP Partners. ■
