MIT, in collaboration with Orbis, will open Hotel MGallery by Sofitel Jurata

Medical Investment Trust (MIT), in collaboration with Orbis Group, is going to open the Hotel MGallery by Sofitel Jurata complex in Jurata (Pomorskie Province). The enterprise concerns the construction of a complex with 200 five-star rooms, restaurant and conference facilities, a spa center, swimming pool, saunas, fitness, underground parking garage, a private beach and a pier with a marina for yachts and catamarans. In December of last year, we informed that MIT had entrusted Mostostal Warszawa with the contracting of a hotel-apartment complex in the area of Mestwina and Międzymorze streets in Jurata. The value of the contract has been established at over 17.8 million PLN gross, and the deadline for carrying out the enterprise is set for February 6, 2018. The design has been prepared by Arch-Deco. According to court registry, Medical Investment Trust is associated with the Magodent Company from Warsaw. ■
