Mix Group and Proces Studio to develop a business and conference center in Kraków

Mix Group is applying for a permit to demolish an office building located at 8a Wadowicka Street in Kraków. The design partner is the structural engineering office Proces Studio (Krzysztof Kubik, Ryszard Sajdak). The 2-hectare site is planned for a three-stage investment. In the first phase, an office building with a footprint of 2,100 m² and 113 underground parking spaces will be constructed. The following phases will include conference, service, and hotel facilities with footprints of 2,100 m² (130 spaces) and 2,500 m² (136 spaces), respectively. ■
