MJL oversees the construction of residential estate in Milanówek

MJL is providing multi-disciplinary investor supervision for the first stage of the "Zdrój" residential estate, developed by Trei Real Estate in Milanówek at Królewska and Dembowska streets. This phase will deliver 114 apartments, with completion scheduled for 2026. The general contractor is Łucz-Bud. Ultimately, the project will comprise 13 multi-family buildings with 490 apartments and 520 parking spaces on a 3.1-hectare site. The architectural design was prepared by Adaptic Architekci. The estate, being developed on the revitalized grounds of the former MIFAM factory, will be the first residential complex in Milanówek to be certified under the BREEAM system
