MK-BUD wants to build teaching complex for 38.4 mln PLN

MK-Bud has submitted the least expensive bid (38.4 mln PLN gross, with a budget of 22.5 mln PLN) in the tender procedure, organized by the Commune Council of Zielonka (Małopolskie Province), for the contractorship in Przybysławice of a teaching complex with a swimming pool, a gym and a sports field. The others subjects trying to acquire the contract are: consortium of Adma-Bis/ATB/Jarkop (42 mln PLN) and Dombud (45.9 mln PLN). The decision concerning the resolution of the procedure is scheduled to be made on October 20. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a net area of 5,200 sqm and a cubature of 30,000 meters3. The investment, designed by APP Manecki, is scheduled to be completed by June 30 2020. ■
