MLP Group plans logistics center in Bieruń

MLP Bieruń West, a subsidiary of MLP Group, has submitted an application for a building permit for a logistics and manufacturing center in Bieruń (Silesian Voivodeship), located at Ekonomiczna and Turyńska Streets. The investment includes a complex with a volume of over 540,000 m³. The project was prepared by the DS-T office (Tomasz Sulimierski). In November 2023, we reported on MLP Group's plans to build the MLP Bieruń West complex, covering an area of 55,000 m². Earlier, MLP acquired 12 hectares in the Katowice Special Economic Zone's subzone in Bieruń, and the Mesa Projekt office obtained permits for the development of these lands.
