Modena will carry out multi-family building

Modena Group applied for a construction permit for a multi-family residential building on Teatralna Street in Sosnowiec. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned this year in February, is going to entail the construction of a building with a cubature of over 20,000 meters³. Design of the investment is being developed by Forma.
Let us recall that we have reported in PREM that the city authorities sold the property to Mohammed Faruque for 2.4 million PLN. His company, Glare Global Sourcing, was planning construction of a hotel with a cubature of over 32,000 meters³. Design works were carried out in collaboration with Artop, and Orbis was going to be the operator of the hotel, under the Mercure Sosnowiec logo. ■
