Moderator is going to build Avia Housing Estate

In the second quarter of this year, Moderator Inwestycje is going to begin the construction of the Avia housing complex on Horodelska Street in Bydgoszcz. The complex is going to consist of four three-story outlets, where a total of 80 apartments are going to be located. The investment is going to be put to use in the first quarter of 2021. ■
