Moderna commences construction of hotel-service building with 60 units in Gdynia according to design by Wolski Architekci

Moderna Investment is conducting preliminary works connected with adaptation of a historic tenement house, located at 20/22 10 Lutego Street in Gdynia, near 3 Maja Street. The hotel, designed by Wolski Architekci, is going to have 57 hotel apartments with usable areas of 29-117 sqm each, and 4 service units. Let us recall that we have reported in PREM that the investor had purchased the former Bank Polski building with an area of approx. 2,500 sqm. ■
