Moderna invests in Gdańsk and Gdynia

Moderna Holding has submitted an application for a construction permit for a multi-functional residential building at Wodopój Street in Gdańsk. The building, standing at 9 storeys (approximately 30 meters) with a volume of 28,400 cubic meters, will include 72 apartments and 4 commercial spaces. The planned investment also includes an underground garage. The design of the building was prepared by Architra Jarosław Rawerski Design Studio. In another project, Widok, a company affiliated with Moderna Holding, has applied for a permit to construct a complex of multi-family buildings in Gdynia at Widok Street. The planned estate, with a volume of over 21,000 cubic meters, is intended to meet the growing demand for housing in the region. Both investments are part of the company's development strategy, which focuses on increasing the housing supply in attractive locations.
