Moderna commences construction of „Oliwski Park” residential complex with app. 100 apartments in Gdańsk

Moderna Holding is commencing construction of „Oliwski Park" residential complex in Gdańsk in Opacka street, on the premises of Park Oliwski. On almost 1,2-hectare lot, seven bulding 3 and 4 storeys high will be erected, with 102 apartments in total. The realization of the investment, designed by Wolski Architekci worksop, will take 20 months. The general contractor will be Scandiq company, permanently cooperating on this field with the developer from Gdynia.
