Modo and Zoko designed Diasfera residential complex in Łódź

Duda Development is soon going to begin the construction of the Diasfera residential complex on 53 Targowa Street in Łódź. The first stage will entail construction of a 7-story building with 184 flats with usable area of 25-82 sqm each, and with 84 parking spaces in the underground section. The investment, designed by Modo Architektura and Zoko Architekci workshops, is to be put to use in 2020. The second part of the enterprise, which should be finalized by 2022, is going to entail the construction of nearly 200 flats. ■
