Modzelewski &Rodek is carrying out the underground section of the Office House building, which will constitute the 1st stage of the T22 (Towarowa 22) multi-functional complex, which Echo Investment and AFI Europe are preparing int eh area of Towarowa, Pańska, and Miedziana streets in Warsaw. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned this year in March, is going to entail the construction of an office building with an area of 31,000 sqm. Let us recall that, according to the updating guidelines for the "Towarowa 22" investment, designed by JEMS Architekci, the project is to entail putting to use a complex of buildings with a total area of over 200,000 sqm. The buildings will include office functions, rental apartments, and service- and shopping premises on the ground floors. ■
