Skanska offers to build MOLecoLAB educational facility with area of 4,400 sqm in Łódź for PLN 42 M

Skanska has offered the lowest price (41.8 million PLN gross) in a tender procedure, issued by the Medical University of Łódź, concerning the contracting of building A6 of the MOLecoLAB Center for Molecular Research on Civilizational Diseases at the campus at 251 Pomorska Street. The facility with a total area of 4,400 sqm is going to comprise a complex of laboratories for chemical and biological research and analyses. The works, based on a design prepared by Architekton, are scheduled to be finalized by November 30 of next year. The other bidders were: Adamietz (46 million PLN), Budomal (46.6 million PLN), Erbud Operations (50.9 million PLN), Budimex (51.2 million PLN), Strabag (57.4 million PLN) and Climamedic (58.2 million PLN). ■
