MOSiR in Opole is selecting contractor of a sports hall with are of nearly 5,000 sqm

Municipal Sports and Recreation Center (MOSiR) in Opole will be collecting bids with a deposit of 500,000 PLN concerning the general contracting of a sports-performance hall in the location of the former Cieplak complex on Oleska Street. The building with a usable area of 4,800 sqm and a cubature of 37,100 meters³ is going to be carried out on the basis of documentation prepared by Szafron Szendzielorz Projekt. The investment, the value of which has been estimated at 37 million PLN, is to be put to use by November 29, 2021. ■
