Mostostal Warszawa wants to build Nexteer research complex with total area of 12,600 sqm in Tychy for 13 million PLN

Mostostal Warszawa (12.9 million PLN), Budimex (14.5 million PLN), and Erbud (14.9 million PLN) have taken part in a tender procedure, issued by Nexteer Automotive Poland, concerning the contracting of a research and development center on Towarowa Street in Tychy. The enterprise is to entail the construction of a facility with a total area of 12,600 sqm. The works are scheduled to be finalized by April 30, 2023. Let us recall that Nexteer Automotive Poland was applying for a construction permit for a complex with a cubature of over 60,000 meters³ concerning construction of new buildings and adaptation of the existing ones. The company has received an EU subsidy, establishing the value of the investment, along with equipment, at over 100 million PLN. Preparations were carried out in collaboration with Grupa Projektowa Moderna. ■
