Mostostal Warszawa will build 1st stage of “Vis a Vis Wola I” complex (213 flats) in Warsaw for 57 million PLN for PHN

Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has entrusted Mostostal Warszawa with the general contracting of the 1st stage of the "Vis a Vis Wola I" residential complex at 83 Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue in Warsaw. The contract, worth nearly 56.8 million PLN gross, concerns the construction of two buildings with a height of up to
9 stories and a total of 213 flats. The usable area of this part of the complex will amount to 22,900 sqm, including nearly 12,300 sqm of flats and 1,000 sqm of service premises. The underground parking garage will hold 221 cars. Construction works are to take 92 weeks (over one year and 9 months). As we have reported, the whole complex, designed by Atelier 7 Architektura Marcin Gnich, is to have approx. 500 flats. ■
