Mostostal Warszawa is going to develop shopping center

Mostostal Warszawa has signed a contract with a dependent company of NEPI Rockcastle for the general contractorship of the development and modernization of the "Focus Mall" shopping center on Wrocławska Street in Zielona Góra. The value of the contract is expected to reach almost 200 mln PLN net. The works pertain to developing the complex up to approx. 117,000 sqm. The scope of the works is going to include: the adaptation of the existing building (over 12,000 sqm) into a two-level parking garage with a gastronomy section, the renovation of the existing gallery (43,000 sqm) and the construction of a new wing with an interior area of 19,000 sqm with a multi-level parking garage for 1275 vehicles (41,000 sqm). The works are scheduled to be completed by February 2020.
Let us recall that we have informed in PREM that the main designer is Tremend, while Dekra supervised the procedure of choosing the contractor. In addition, the following companies took part in preparing the investment: Przemysław Lewicki Projektowanie Aktywne, Awpro Pracownia Konstrukcyjno-Budowlana Arkadiusz Woltersdorf, Elektro-Energetyka Michał Stepnowski and the Agnieszka Małkowska Sabeł Project Workshop. ■
