Mostostal Warszawa to build student dormitory

Mostostal Warszawa has signed a contract with ST Łódź Rembielińskiego for the general contractorship of the BaseCamp student dormitory in Łódź. The value of the contract is established for over 110 mln PLN gross, and works on the investment are scheduled to take almost 1.5 years.
Let us recall that in June of last year we informed about the participation of the Grupa 5 architectural workshop in designing an outlet with a cubature of 100,000 meters³ at 16/18 Rembielińskiego Street for ST Łódź, a company tied to Triton Academics. The 7-story building with a total area of over 28,500 sqm is going to house 631 rooms. ■
