Mostostal Warszawa will build teaching complex in Poznań for 81.5 million PLN

The offer submitted by Mostostal Warszawa (81.5 million PLN gross) has been chosen as the most advantageous one in a tender procedure, conducted by Poznańskie Inwestycje Miejskie (Poznań Municipal Investments), concerning the general contractorship of an educational complex, along with access roads and the water supply and sewage network, in the area of Fieldorfa and Rostworowskiego streets in the Strzeszyn district of Poznań. The investment is to entail the construction of a complex for 40 school groups and 10 kindergarten groups (for over 1,000 children), with usable area of 10,300 sqm and a cubature of 49,100 meters³. Design has been developed by Biuro Projektowe i Nadzór Budowlany Mgr inż. Marcin Bartoś. The works should be completed within 780 days (2 years and 2 months) of signing the contract. The lowest price in the procedure for contract engineer (688,000 PLN) has been offered by Sweco Polska. Let us recall that the other bidders in the procedure were: Tronus Polska (60.2 million PLN, rejected), Pekabex Bet (85 million PLN), Budimex (90.2 million PLN), Strabag (90.4 million PLN), Budopol Poznań (102.9 million PLN), and Agrobex Budownictwo (102.9 million PLN). ■
