Mota-Engil chosen by Orbis for the contractor of Ibis Styles hotel with161 rooms in Szczecin

Orbis has entrusted Mota-Engil Central Europe with a contract worth 41.5 million PLN net concerning the general contracting of the Ibis Styles hotel in the area of Panieńska, Środowa and Targ Rybny streets in Szczecin. The works are to be finalized in the 3rd quarter of 2020. The investment, designed by Federacyjne Biuro Architektoniczne (FBA), is going to entail the construction of a hotel with 161 rooms in place of the former Arkona hotel. ■
