Mota-Engil will erect for Develia the 2nd stage (214 flats) of an estate in Gdańsk

Mota-Engil has been chosen as the general contractor of the 2nd stage of the "Osiedle Latarników" residential complex, which Develia is going to build on Letnicka Street in Gdańsk. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of three buildings with a total of 2144 flats and four service premises with a total area of 21,300 sqm.
Let us recall that in November 2019, we reported that Develia commenced construction of a complex with a total of 350 flats in the area of Wyzwolenia, Letnicka, and Droga Zielona streets. Design has been developed by K&L art design Autorska Pracownia Projektowa from Sopot. Bauhaus is collaborating on the construction of the first stage. ■
