Mountpark plans construction of logistics center with area of over 240,000 sqm in Rokitnica near Stryków

Mountpark Logistics EU Stryków PL, a company created by USAA Realco – Europe (the Dutch branch of Real Estate Company) and Mountpark Finco are preparing the construction of a logistics center in Rokitnica near Stryków (Łódzkie Province). Plans assume the construction of nine halls with a total area of over 243,300 meters³. The Marek Rytych Architekt workshop is dealing with the design and administrative procedures. ■
