MSDI is going to build Mozaika retail park with lease area of 6,000 sqm in Krotosz

MSDI (Multi Serwis Dla Inwestycji) company is preparing construction of Mozaika retail park in the area of Kobylińska and Sienkiewicza streets in Krotoszyn (Wielkopolskie Province). Let us recall that in April of this year we informed about plans pertaining to a complex with a lease area of 6,000 sqm, complemented with a parking lot for 150 vehicles. The opening is scheduled for 2020. Mallson Polska is dealing with commercialization.
MSDI is using the services of Algat 2 (a company with ties to MSDI) during the design stage of the investment. ■
