MRRE is planning construction of retail parks in collaboration with Hftradeco.

MRRE Invest (expansion and commercialization) and Hftradeco Rafał Herzyk (investor) are conducting preparations for the construction, over the next two years, of a chain of retail parks on the basis of 21 existing PSB Mrówka DIY stores. The investment will be handled by the SPV Real Trust. In the 1st stage, the works will be carried out in ten stores, located mainly in southern Poland. The investment is supposed to create approx. 20,000 sqm of retail space in modernized buildings. Preparations are also in progress for the new retail park projects all over the country. Apart from the DIY section, they will also offer space for grocery, clothing, beauty supply, household electronics stores, as well as general discount stores. ■
